No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our industry, we do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

No Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order and thoroughly inspected to meet quality standards before being shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide a receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). Our Customer Service and Operations staff will perform the relevant inspection.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (e.g., size, color, design, or personalization requests) are accurate before completing their purchase. Nanyang Express is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
